We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your order, with the balance due just prior to installation. Your quote will set out the exact figures for your job.

We accept bank transfer and card payments over the phone (except AMEX).

The initial quote is a realistic price range based on the details you give us. We confirm the exact price after the home survey, once exact measurements and any site specific factors are known.

Yes, our awnings come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering the frame and motor. Ask us for the specific terms for your chosen model.

It depends on the width and projection you need, whether you have power nearby, and how exposed the position is. Tell us a rough width and what you’re covering and we’ll point you at two or three models worth looking at.

Solid colours, woven textures, classic stripes and richer multi tone patterns. See our fabric colours page for the full range, come to see them in our showroom or we’ll bring samples to your survey.

Our awning frame come in white or anthracite as a standard. We can match the frames to RAL colour for an additional charge.

All of our awnings are supplied with motorised operation as standard, making them easy to open and close at the touch of a button. However, if you prefer a manual option, our awnings can also be operated using a traditional hand crank.

Our awnings are available with or without integrated LED lighting. The LED option is built directly into the awning frame, providing discreet, stylish illumination for your outdoor space.

If you would like to add heating, these can be retrofitted to your awning at a later date, or if you choose a semina or opal model, the heater can be incorporated into the awning frame as part of the installation.

Our Opal Design is the largest awning design we supply. With the multi-section unit this can extend to up to a 12.0m width.

Most installations are completed in a single day. We wire the motor, set the pitch and test it with you before we leave.

Yes, motorised awnings need a fused supply near the cassette. If running power isn’t practical, several of our models are also available with a manual crank.

Yes, our measurer checks the wall, lintel or soffit at survey before we confirm the order, and specifies brackets to suit.

We’re an in-house team. Our surveyors will measure and fitting team will install your awning, rather than passing the job to a subcontractor.
